In strategic panoramic position, 5 minutes drive to wonderful Playa Bonita and 5 minutes drive to the center of Las Terrenas.

Within 10 minutes drive you can enjoy
- some ever quiet caribbean coral beaches for snorkeling, kayaking and SUP
- some windy beaches, famous kite surfing attractions in Dominican Republic
- Some wavy beaches for daily surf activities, beginners to advanced, depending on the area (our local beach in front of the villa)
- Natural wonders exploration walking, hiking or cycling among which the wonderful Salto del Limon Waterfall, used in many famous movies for its stunning look, the routa del cafe with Cholocate making experiences and coffee fields.

We encourage to be sociable and enjoy the company of the other guests in the villa, if any (or feel free to check my profile to book the whole villa, 4 rooms in total).

Shared use of the rest of the villa including kitchen, BBQ, patio, swimming pool, dish washer, laundry etc...

The 2 rooms accommodate a maximum of 4 people (and the entire Villa accommodates up to 4 additional guests).

Each of the 2 rooms is equipped with fan, air conditioning, safety lock, door key, a clothes hanging bar and shelves.
Linen, pillows and towels are provided.

All windows and window doors in the villa have mosquito nets and window shutters for full darkness.

The swimming pool is open all year 24/7 and fresh water. The infinity swimming pool has no baywatch or security.

The Kitchen is equipped with induction stove, bread toaster, microwave, blenders and dish washer besides plates, glasses, cutlers and cooking equipment.

The bathroom is equipped with sink, 1 shower, 1 shower head bidet close to the WC, hot water, mirror and mirror lights. Towels are provided.

The house is perfectly equipped for hosting remote workers with private working friendly tables and chairs in each room, plenty pf plugs and wifi. WiFi is powerful in the whole home but a secondary internet sim card is always suggested: starlink can show instability if very bad weather comes.

A private comfortable panoramic table is available in the seaview room and plenty of plugs are around.

Weekly house cleaning and linen and towels change are included, the security service is available every night. The swimming pool maintenance service is included for water quality and level check, as well as the garden maintenance service. You can relax and enjoy the house!

Space for parking (free and private) is available in the property. We suggest having a scooter for easily moving around Las Terrenas. We are happy to give the contact of a reliable scooter / 4x4 / car rental if you need.

A really good local fruit shop is available close by in the main street and also a traditional little Colmado supermarket. They are 2 min drive from the villa.

The famous Playa Bonita is located at 5 minutes drive and the centre of Las Terrenas is reachable in 7 minutes drive.
Surfing, snorkeling and Kite spots are within 10 minutes drive from the villa.

At disposal also in the Villa: yoga mat
Electricity bill will be billed separately, depending on cost in the period, and shared among the people in the house :)

For long stays (1+ month a 200 dollars deposit will be requested and given back at the end of your stay upon room check).

If you have kids you will have to monitor them the whole time as the infinity pool has a hole as normal and it is not monitored.

Motor (Scooter / 4x4 / Car) needed to move around :)
