Charming Downtown Laguna Beach Cottage (Umgestaltet)

Das charmante, umgebaute Laguna Beach House liegt einen Block vom Strand und einen Block von der Innenstadt entfernt. Es ist der perfekte Ort für einen Laguna Beach Urlaub. 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über zwei kalifornische Kingsize-Betten und ein himmlisches Starwood Westin-Bett. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer verwandelt sich in ein Queensize-Bett. Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett in einem malerischen, terrassengroßen Raum. Küche und Master-Bad wurden mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten umgebaut. Das Haus verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler, eine Wäscherei und drei Terrassen, darunter ein Grill im Freien und eine große private Terrasse an der Vorderseite des Hauses mit vielen Gartenmöbeln. Das Haus verfügt über Parkplätze vor Ort. Während des Sommers bringt Sie der kostenlose Busservice überall in der Stadt und darüber hinaus nach Norden oder Süden. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich nur einen Häuserblock entfernt. Sie können Ihr Auto auf dem Grundstück parken und die ganze Zeit in Laguna Beach zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus fahren. Wenn Sie zusätzliche Parkplätze gibt es viele Off-Eigentum Parken auf Ramona Ave und Glenneyre St, direkt vor dem Haus. Lokale Restaurants in der Innenstadt und nur einen Block entfernt, um die Geschäfte in der Innenstadt und den Hauptstrand zu erreichen. Riesige vordere Terrasse macht das Haus schön für die Unterbringung von Haustieren.

Fantastic Stay in Laguna

Absolutely recommend staying at this property! Lou was able to get us checked in a few hours early, which was so helpful as we were in town for a wedding and needed to be at the welcome party fairly early. The place was very clean, had plenty of space, and was fully stocked with everything we needed. We were also in walking distance to a bunch of restaurants/bars. Lou graciously shared Laguna Beach recommendations ahead of time, which we loved. Thanks for a great stay!!

Laguna Cozy Cottage

The property was perfect for our family of 4 adults, a toddler and preschooler. It was clean, well-stocked and very comfortable. The house is one block from the beach in a perfect location. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would go back again. We would recommend it highly.

Amazing Location

The home was very clean, with two king beds made it nice for the adults. And one small twin room was perfect for our 2 1/2 year-old. It was an amazing location that allowed us to walk easily to restaurants and shops. As well as having a parking spot downtown was convenient. Our 2 1/2 year-old loved the courtyard where he could play in a fenced in area.

A lovely, centrally located, home away from home

The photographs don't do the cottage justice. It was brighter and roomier than we expected. It was a wonderful location that allowed us to walk to the beach and Pageant in minutes. The local free trolley facilitated adventures farther down the coast. The cost for being so centrally located was a bit of traffic noise, especially when relaxing in the front yard. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location and property

Family Wedding Week

The Laguna property was absolutely fabulous! We were able to walk to all the local establishments during the crazy 4th of July week. It was wonderful to stay for a family wedding. The grandkids enjoyed the beach toys and we all enjoyed a BBQ dinner our last night. Thank you to our gracious host.

Perfect Laguna Location

Loved this well-maintained beach house! Super great instructions for checking in, everything you will need for your stay including beach towels and beach chairs. Lots of street noise, but that’s the trade off for the perfect location. We just closed the windows at night, and I always travel with ear plugs anyway. Planned on taking the free trolley, but we really had no trouble walking everywhere, even my cousin who uses a cane. Loved the short walk right across the coast highway at the crossing light to The Cliff restaurant for ocean-view dinner and cocktails. Would definitely book this vacation home again.

Great Home at Laguna Beach

This is a great home right near the center of town. It's larger than it appears in the photos and beautifully furnished. It is well appointed with just about everything you could need. The only thing to note is it's up a hill from town, easy for most renters but challenging for someone with agility issues. Lou is an excellent host, welcoming and concerned with your enjoing Laguna Beach.

Location, Location, Location

This house was spectacular! It is so close to downtown that we ended up walking everywhere. The house is very sound as well, so the street noise was not loud at all. The house was very clean, and very comfortable. I feel like the pictures do not do the house justice. It is very updated and beautiful. We traveled with our 4 kids (all under 10 years), and it was the perfect house for them. The front patio is extremely secure, and it gave them the space to play outside safely. The house has everything you need-beach toys, boogie boards, chairs for the beach, towels. And Lou was so communicative. I am so lucky to have had the chance to stay here. We will definitely come back and stay in the future.

Great location, super clean, so well stocked, well maintained, detailed instructions about various features of the house that were helpful. Very short walk to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants. It was perfect for our stay in Laguna. One note, it is on a busy road on one side so the early morning road noise can be disruptive but nothing ear plugs can’t fix!

Our stay at Lou’s place 😎

We LOVED our stay here! I’ve stayed in numerous places around Laguna since I left in 2007 to move to Tennessee. I grew up in this town and always return to fill my soul with the little piece of heaven, that I miss so much. Lou’s place just added to the amazing stay we had. His place is perfect for a family! It was myself my two daughters and my grandson who is 3. I had two friends come visit us that still live in California and both of them were very complementary of the house. The location couldn’t be any better to everything that you need. We used the beach chairs and the umbrellas that are provided and walked ourselves to the beach for the day. Lou is very accommodating and communication was excellent. Thanx Lou! we will be back! Till next time☀️ 🌊☀️
