This home is a 25 min bus/10 min drive to the university of waterloo. A 5 min drive to the highway and close to the Sunrise Plaza (Walmart, gas station, Home Depot, fast food and dine in restaurants)

The temperature is controlled by the host and maintained between 21 and 23 degrees. As this is a basement unit, it will feel colder (especially with AC on in the summer). We want you to be aware that you won't have access to control the temperature yourself, but we'll do our best to accommodate you during your stay.
Guest access
One parking spot on the driveway is included. The other half of the driveway is reserved for the upper unit guest. There is also limited street parking available outside of Jan 1 - Mar 31.

Please note that the garage is used for waste management and not available for parking.
Other things to note
This is the lower unit of a house. While the walls and ceilings have been sound-proofed, we wanted you to know there is some potential for noise from the other units including running water, footsteps, and some talking.

We want you to be aware that you won't have access to control the temperature yourself, but we'll do our best to accommodate you during your stay.

We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Should you require more, please plan accordingly.

We provide one bath towel per registered guest. Should you need more please plan accordingly.

We will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing and general groundskeeping.
