The Estate:
Welcome to Lanikai Sunrise Estate, a newly renovated home that is one of the only luxury rentals available beachfront on Lanikai Beach, Oahu.
The home has private direct access to Lanikai Beach and a rare covered pool too! Sleeps up to 14 in 5 bedrooms 8 beds. Additional pictures or video walk through available by request.
Lanikai Sunrise Estate is an iconic home. Its like a luxury resort, but private and on Lanikai Beach.
Entering the front door you are greeted by panoramic views of the ocean and Lanikai beach all the way from the Mokulua Islands to Kailua bay.
The spacious entryway has 30 foot ceilings, glass all around, luxury dining room, living room, pool sitting area, and a media room.
To the left is the Chef's kitchen with huge floating center island, ice maker, 2 sinks, instant hot water, 4 fridges, etc.
There are two bathrooms on the first floor, a powder room and pool bathroom.
Sun shades and black outs for sun management and for privacy as desired.
The living room and sitting area are all glass and look out over the ocean and all the way to the Mokulua Islands. Exiting the living room takes you outside to teak dining table, chairs, and relaxed seating in an L shape near the pool.
The expansive grass backyard is bordered by a green barrier hedge of Naupaka on the beach side which covers over a stone wall which is the edge of the property. There are White fences bounded the left and right side of the property and a White gate to enter directly onto Lanikai Beach.
The ocean right outside the gate has beautiful Lanikai Torquoise waters with coral heads for snorkeling and the occasional sea turtle or Honu passing by. The beach is about a half a mile in length (0.7 km) of powdery White sand with views of the Mokulua Islands and Flat Island framing a blue horizon.
Heading up the winding wide marble stairs takes you to the second floor landing and a wrap around atrium hall area.
There are 3 bedrooms facing out to the ocean, each with their own private balcony and ensuite shower and bathroom.
The Master corner suite bathroom has a beautiful natural quartz counter and natural marble and stone all around. There is a large double shower head shower room and a large soaking tub with jet bath functions.
The Japanese washlet toilet is in its own small room off the double vanity.
The Master bed is a King Size and has a single size day bed too. Beautiful closet system in the master walk-in closet too. There are two glass sliding and stacking doors overlooking White balustrades and the ocean and beach below.
The Middle room facing the ocean has a California King size bed and a work space with desk and dresser. The ensuite bathroom has a vanity, a separate shower room, and a Japanese washlet toilet in another closable room near the vanity. There is one closet in the middle room with a closet system of shelves, drawers, and hanger bars to use and a space for an extra suitcase to be stored too. It has one big set of sliding glass doors that open to a private balcony and sweeping views.
Corner room facing the Mokulua Islands has a Double bed and a playful turtle motiffe etched into the bathroom glass. It has a two shower head shower, double vanity with marble countertops and a Japanese washlet toilet. It has a deep closet with built in shelving, drawers, and hanger bars.
Its balcony is one of the deepest and has a chase lounge for ogling the views of the Mokulua Islands and Kailua Bay too.
The fourth bedroom, the hall bedroom, has ocean views and a hall bathroom next door. It has a double bed, desk, and a single day bed. The closet is wide and has a nice closet system inside.
The hall bathroom is another double vanity bathroom with a big double shower head shower room and a soaking tub with jet bath functions.
Its toilet area closes with a separate door and has Japanese washlet too.
The 5th bedroom is a Guest Suite which faces the Lanikai hillside, but also has a window from which you can see the Mokulua Islands and the ocean too. The Guest Suite is accessible from the hall on the second floor or from its own separate entrance from the courtyard of the property. It adds another two Queen size beds, another soaking tub and separate bathroom, and a kitchenette.
Flooring is White Oak in all the bedrooms, with marble all through the hall and landing areas.
From the first floor dining area you can enter directly to the salt water pool and jacuzzi. And there are two outdoor showers in the back too, as well as one we call the pool shower / bathroom with its own separate entrance back into the home for convenience.
All rooms have sun and / or privacy shades.
All rooms have mesh wifi service.
There is a hotel safe for your use.
There are large TVs in the Master, Middle, and Corner rooms, on top of the larger one in the Media room.
The door will be electronically coded just for you for your stay.

The property will be made exclusively available to you for a full 30 day period or more and no one else may occupy the property during that period. The 30 day rental period will be clearly communicated to guest when booking. All rates quoted will be based on a 30 day period. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
In compliance with the Revised Ordinances of the City & County of Honolulu, the Property will be made available to you for your use and occupancy for a period of thirty (30) days or more. If you do not stay for the full 30 day period and stay for your scheduled dates the property will remain vacant through the end of the scheduled 30 day period.
