**House Rules:**
- No parties
- No smoking inside or on the lanai
- Strict quiet hours enforced by security from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. daily
- A maximum of six registered guests is allowed in the condo
-Downstairs there is a king bed in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa downstairs, upstairs in the master suite there is a king bed. The maximum occupancy for guests is 6. The master bath has a walk-in shower.
