The Sand Castle at Jax Beach! Beach Front!

Parking: One designated spot inside the garage; one designated spot in outside parking lot.
Access: This third floor condo is accessible by elevator or stairs from inside the parking garage. Remote for the parking garage is located in the kitchen on the counter.
Accommodations: King sized beds in each bedroom. MBR has an ensuite bath. Guest bedroom uses the bathroom in the hall adjacent.
Kitchen: Fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes, glassware, bake ware, utensils, coffee pot (drip), etc...

Please note: This is a "no smoking of any kind" property. Also, the newly redone pool is now open!

The kitchen, dining area and living room all have a stream lined view to the Ocean! Although the best seat in the house is out on the expansive balcony. Grab yourself a drink and your don't forget your binoculars so you can watch the dolphins and the occasional whale slipping gracefully through the teal blue waters of the Atlantic!

FAST Internet and ROKU plus cable TV too!
Beach towels are available for use. Please, do not use any of our blankets for the beach. Outdoor shower located at the pool available for you to rinse off the salt and sand after playing on the beach or in the surf.
Pack light because there's a washer and dryer in the cottage for you to use.
Book it today because this Sand Castle doesn't stay empty for very long!

Perfect Location & Great View

First of all, we will definitely stay here on our next trip to Jax Beach. The condo had everything we needed for cooking, beach time and proximity to all of the places/restaurants we enjoy. Parking in the garage was very convenient. The condo was very quiet.

Beautiful Beach View

We stayed here for July 4th weekend. We had a great view of the fireworks from the balcony! This condo is fully stocked!! If you need it, is there. The pool was mostly empty and for the most part it's quiet there. The condo is beautifully decorated, except there are way too many mirrors. We loved our stay and would rent again. The only issue was the cleanliness. The whole back wall is glass and wasn't clean. I actually found some window cleaner and cleaned the sliding glass doors myself. After we were there about 30min I happened to notice that the bottoms of my feet were completely black. If the floors have ever been mopped, I'd be shocked. They were filthy. We brought slippers so everyone just kept them on. Other than that we had a nice time.

Will Not Rent Again

We found the owner to be very unresponsive to any of our calls – had it not been for the help we received from VRBO I’m not sure we would have ever heard from the owner. the floors/counters were covered in grit(probably sand). In the kitchen o Pots and pans and dishes were not clean – we ended up washing the ones we used. The plastic glasses were terrible – all scratched up and fogged. Shower in master bedroom needs new shower head (water came down in one stream vs a shower) o Very difficult to adjust water temp in master bathroom…too hot/too cold o No window privacy curtain inside either shower/could clearly see in windows of condo’s in the complex across the parking lot from ours (especially in the evening). Shower in guest bedroom had more water coming out from the tub spicket then what came out of shower head. Could not adjust it. o Guest sink drain plug/plunger, when I pulled it up to close drain the entire plunger came out! Could not close drain plug. Both bathrooms had large bottles of leftover shampoo & crème rinse in showers – almost empty – we wouldn’t have used them regardless as who knows what is truly in them! Typically we are given small UNOPENED bottles of shampoo/crème rinse. Liquid soaps in both bathrooms were leftover from previous occupants. Several of the electrical outlets did not work; there were 2 outlets where the plugs were extremely loose or sunken in side-ways. Not enough room to list all the problems of the condo or owner. Great view, lousy condo

So easy to get there, move in and enjoy! Access, parking, comfort, view and location all made this long weekend a wonderful and memorable time. We will seek to book this wonderful condominium again!

Thoroughly enjoyed!

Beds are super comfortable and nice to have 2 king size beds for 4 adults. The hosts were very responsive to questions. Our pool gate code wasn't working and in about 15 minutes I received a text to add a 0 in front of the other numbers, problem solved. This is a clean and uncrowded beach. Everyone we met at the condo was nice and didn't seem to resent having VRBO vacationers there. We really enjoyed our stay.

Volleyball tournament long weekend

We had no issues at all. We were given the address and keypad information an adequate time ahead. Directions for use of everything was spelled out and available. The lodging was great, clean, stocked with all of the essentials and the view was outstanding. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay.

Great location

There were 4 of us that stayed here for a week. It has plenty of room for all of us comfortably. Great location! Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Only complaint would be that the kitchen was outdated and the pans were all put away dirty and some of them were not usable. It was also a very rainy week and it was difficult to get the humidity out of the unit.

Don’t miss out on this one!

We had the pleasure of spending a few days at this lovely place! The location is incredible, close to Jax Beach’s dining and retail. It’s in need of some updating, but the view of and the easy access to the beach makes all that a mute point!
