Top Floor 2 Bedroom with Mountain and Lake Views

Located on the top floor this luxurious condo has an open concept living space with a stainless steel equipped kitchen and granite counters, dining area, living room and a den off the kitchen. The living room walks out to a deck with wonderful views of the mountain and Lake Windermere. The Condo overlooks the outdoor pool and fitness center. The master bedroom features a large walk through closet to an ensuite bathroom. The other bedroom is spacious with large closet.
This 2 bedroom 2 Bath condo, located in the Bruce Building, is fully furnished and fully equipped kitchen, flat screen televisions, electric fireplace in the living room, washer/dryer in suite, infrared grill on the patio, heating and air conditioning. This condo also consists of basic amenities such as hand soap, dish soap and starter kit for dishwasher and washing machine tabs.
This condo is outfitted with 1 king bed, 1Queen beds, and 1 double bed pullout sofa (located in the Den).
Located on the edge of James Chabot Provincial Park you can walk to the beach within minutes. This beach has changerooms and washrooms on site. The Downtown Core is about 15 minute walk. A full grocery store is 10 minutes. There are restaurants in the area. Radium Hot Springs (15 min drive), Fairmont Hot Springs(20 min), Panorama Ski hill which hosts golfing/hiking, etc (22 min).

Parking needs to be included as guest parking is a gong show and is unnecessary as there are plenty of parking sites on the property just not guest. The unit was as advertised but the hallways and common areas are very dirty and need work. AC in the gym was not working so it was an oven and could not be used. There was a storm our first night and no power for 6 plus hours with no candles or flashlights in the room. Would stay here again but only if parking was supplied as part of the deal. Our daughter stayed in another condo and was supplied with parking as part of her deal so we know it is available.

Great stay in Invermere

We had an excellent time. The condo is well maintained and location was awesome. Kids loved the pool and the lake. We rented Kayaks one day and really had a blast. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, so close to the beach. Condo was super clean, nice finishes, very comfortable beds. The building itself could use a little work- hallway carpets very stained. The only thing I would have liked to see in the condo was more towels, but we had a great stay

Nice condo and location, but not for people who like to sleep in

The condo is very nice, and everything went smoothly. And the location right by the park and lake is great. We walked over most days and it was so pleasant. We really liked the condo and it's nicely decorated, but you can't sleep in because the massive windows in each room just have thin screens instead of blinds or curtains, so if the sun's up, so are you. There are lots of dishes, utensils, etc., though we drink a lot of smoothies, so a blender would be nice. Also, the pool is out of commission, which was a disappointment. Overall a nice spot and a pleasant stay.

Beautiful condo that you family will enjoy. Lots of room, modern and clean. We really enjoyed sitting on the large balcony enjoying the beautiful view. Beach is walking distance, and the outdoor pool was great. Definitely would say here again when we come back

The property was very spacious and well laid out. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. It has a great view. The only issue we had was parking. I had to park on the street because the visitor parking lot was always full.

Good location and accommodation.

Overall really good experience. Beautiful view. Great location. Condo was equipped with all the basics. Good communication with the owner. The only negative is that the dishes were not the cleanest. Previous renters did not leave the dishes clean. Several dishes and utensils had food on them when we went to use them. Coffee maker still had old grounds in it. These issues were not of fault to the owner but the previous renter who was inconsiderate of future renters. Highly recommend this property!
