PARKING
Each guest is guaranteed a private attached garage spacious enough to fit 2 economy vehicles comfortably. If you have 2 larger vehicles, there is additional FREE street parking along the street, but unavailable in front of the home. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE PROPERTY or you will be TOWED. FINES will also be enforced for all unauthorized parking.
**This Prolific Suite requires a $400 Refundable Deposit for Incidentals. All deposits are refunded at the duration of your stay, after the home has been inspected for any new damages.**
**Early Bird check-in (if available) is $100 for 12pm & $75 for 2pm. Late checkout at 12pm (if available) is $100**
Guest Access:
Guest will be provided a unique access code one hour before the start of their reservation. Guest will have access to the entire property.
