Smoke-Free: Our home and all rooms are strictly non-smoking. Any smoking indoors will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund and a minimum $500 smoke remediation fee.
Alcohol-Free: Hard liquor is not permitted on the premises.
Pet-Free: To accommodate guests with allergies, we do not allow pets.
No Parties or Events: We strictly prohibit parties, loud gatherings, and unregistered guests to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
First-Floor Access: The kitchen and the first floor are reserved for household use and not available to guests.

For outdoor activities, there's a 3/4-mile running trail right behind the house. You'll also be just 5 minutes away from Walmart, HEB (groceries), and only 10 minutes from Katy Mills Mall and Typhoon Texas Waterpark. If you're up for a short drive, Houston is a quick 30-minute trip where you can explore popular spots like NRG Stadium, the Houston Zoo, the Museum of Natural History, and much more. Plus, Galveston is just about 1 hour and 15 minutes away for a fun beach day.
