The main living area offers a nicely equipped kitchen with brand new, high-end, stainless steel appliances and tons of granite counter space. The kitchen seats 6 at the counter or gather at the dining table in the separate dining area. The living room features a comfortable sectional (with queen sleeper) and a 65" smart TV.
The spacious and bright owner's suite has a new king memory foam mattress and 55" smart TV. There is also a desk, for those days you can't completely disconnect from the office. Relax in the updated ensuite bathroom with double vanity and large tile shower.
The 2nd bedroom suite offers a new king memory foam mattress, 50" smart TV and access to the balcony. The ensuite bathroom has double vanity and shower/tub combo.
Take in the ocean breeze on the expansive, partially screened deck.
Use our beach wagon, chairs and towels for a relaxing day at the beach. Take a leisurely 10 minute walk from the front door to toes in the sand at the best beach on the east coast. Need a break from the beach? Relax at one of the two on-site pools. The Port Royal clubhouse with golf and tennis/pickleball is less than a mile away. It really doesn't get much better than this!!
For security of our guests and our property, there is a Ring video doorbell at the entrance of the villa.
