Beach Villa Tredici

Villa was wonderful. Top floor spiral stairs a bit too much for elderly but otherwise no problem. Location to beach was great. Host Paul was always available and ready to take care of anything that came up before and during our visit. All in all a great time.

Hilton Head Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this Hilton Head Island property, which is in a terrific location. While spacious and meeting all the basic needs, the property is older and could use a facelift. The owner, Paul, was very easy to contact and tried his best to be helpful. However, the cleanliness of the property was not what we had hoped for. Perhaps there is a limitation on Cleaning Services in HH, but the ones who are being used could stand to up their game considerably. We shared our concerns with the owner, and he was apologetic and very accommodating. We would certainly stay here again, but we would want to have a much better job of cleaning done before we arrived. All things considered, however, a pleasant stay at a nice property.

Great location for a quick getaway!

The Villa provided us ample room and a great location to have a short family vacation at the beach. The Villa included all the needed beach items (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, toys, wagon, etc…) It was also just a short drive to everything HHI has to offer. We highly recommend this property for single family vacations!!!

Termites and TV not working

The place was not updated at all - covered in termites and one of the TVs did not work. The two spiral staircases were also extremely dangerous. We also had no view of the ocean at all and the beach was covered with straw and overcrowded.

Lovely Location

Exceptional location for beach access, pool, General Store, and the bike path. The pool and the balcony were peaceful. We enjoyed many trips to Shelter Cove and put a lot of miles on the bike path. Our family with 4 teens loved it!

Great place to getaway from winter! Beach Villa 13 has a light and airy beach vibe feel. There are stairs to navigate, but being spread over 3 stories it’s nice to have the main bedrooms away from the great room and kitchen.

Great Location steps away from the gorgeous beach

I would highly recommend this property for a beach getaway with family and friends. The villa is steps away from a beautiful beach and a nearby beach restaurant –The Dunes House. The property was clean and well maintained. The pool is right in front of the property. The check in and check out process was seamless. Paul was very helpful and easily reachable. I did not think the bedroom description was listed accurately but Paul addressed it as soon as I flagged it for him. The current description of the property and bedrooms is accurate. Overall, I would highly recommend this villa. If you want to stay in a clean house, steps away from the gorgeous beach and make lifetime memories with your friends and family don’t look any further and book this place.

Beautiful location, easy walk to beach.

Perfect location. It was about a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 1 minute walk to the pool (if that). Loved that there were thermomstats in each bedroom downstairs. Lots of room everywhere but bathrooms were a little tight. Had to be careful with 3 yr old with stairs but 5 year old was just fine. Water pressure was amazing, but be careful bc water is HOT. Paul was my contact and he was AMAZING. Easy to contact and quick to help in any situation. Beautiful place to stay. Even had a restaurant that was a 1 minute walk to from the villa and was on the beach and then another one that was only 5 minute walk from the villa.

Pool a few steps, 1 minute walk to beach and Dunes House Grill, and a few blocks walk to General Store, Alexander's and Big Jim's restaurants. Paul was immediately responsive to any queries by text and sent a detailed welcome email with recommendations and directions. Will return next year!

Excellent location, spacious and comfortable townhouse

We just had a great week at this property. You can't beat the location in Palmetto Dunes. It is literally 2 minutes amble to the beach. We took our coffee there every morning. The resort has restaurants, bike rentals, kayak rentals and pickle ball/ tennis courts. We enjoyed them all. We are a family of five and the property is very spacious. Could definitely fit more. The owner was very friendly and offered any help we might need. We had no issues and would highly recommend this rental.

Hilton Head beach wedding

Unit easily accommodates 2 families. Slept 7 with no problem. Location excellent. Close to services and the main road but, more importantly, the beach. Great communication with the owner who gave us everything we needed for a great get away. Would go back and stay again.
