It is well-appointed with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, workstations, and a cozy living space with a 65-inch smart tv!

We're situated in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transportation. There are plenty of things to do in the area, such as visiting the famous Albion Falls, the Royal Botanical Garden, or the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum.

This is the lower unit of a house. It was professionally renovated with permits, to ensure safety and tons of natural light!

Other things to note
We will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing and general groundskeeping.

Snow removal will be completed by a 3rd party when there is over 3cm of snow on the ground, within 24 hrs of the snow fall.

We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Should you require more, please plan accordingly.

To watch Netflix or other streaming services, please use your own login information. Apps will be available on the TV.

We provide one bath towel per registered guest. Should you need more please plan accordingly.

This is the lower unit of a house. While the walls and ceilings have been sound-proofed, we wanted you to know there is some potential for noise from the other units including running water, footsteps, and some talking.

The temperature is controlled by the host and maintained between 21 and 23 degrees. As this is a basement unit, it will feel colder (especially with AC on in the summer). We want you to be aware that you won't have access to control the temperature yourself, but we'll do our best to accommodate you during your stay.
