BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 4 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

House was as described and very clean. Enjoyed our stay and would consider staying in same property again. We really enjoyed how secluded we were out in Fort Morgan.

It was a great place as far as location…however we did NOT have any internet service for 2 days and missed football games on Saturday and NFL game on Sunday. Also, could not work on any of my stuff for my college classes. Someone came out on Sunday and said something was cut underneath the house…. No one ever came but in the middle of the night the internet began working mysteriously. Then a few days later the tv froze and would not do anything. The plug was behind the tv that was located above the fireplace so we had to blindly unplug and plug back in to reset it. Also, there was a huge black cockroach in the hallway that scared me to death. Other than those things the stay was fine.

We had a great time with beautiful bay views!! The front & back porches had wonderful views & plenty of seating. We really enjoyed the underneath of the house with the picnic tables & full shower for after the beach. The house was perfect for our family stay. We just wished the weather could have been as perfect. We will defiantly use this property again if available in the future!

This is a beautiful house! Lots of room, inside and out, plenty of seating and sleeping room for a large group. Beautifully decorated. Awesome views from the front and back porches. Great location. However, the decor does not cover up the maintenance issues. The house seems to have had water damage, soft spots in the floors, musty smell especially in the master bath. The master bath door will not close. The mattress is the master bedroom is not comfortable. No TV in any of the bedrooms. Some of the pictures in the listing are misleading. The listing should disclose that there is a house being built next door. The construction crew arrived promptly at 7 am and started work. Also, I asked the management company what type of coffee maker was in the kitchen (my husband is very picky about his coffee). They told me they "looked at the pictures in the listing and there is a Keurig on the counter". So I brought our regular coffee maker from Georgia, to find that there is also a regular coffee maker sitting on the other counter, that there is not a picture of.

We enjoyed our stay. It was spacious, but for two refrigerators being there no icemaker, no coffee pot the refrigerator quit working the air quit working. We would greatly appreciate if someone would knock some of the nails down in the decking, so our feet would not step on them. The master bedroom bathroom door would not close. Also, there was mini mini ants in the rooms. it would be nice if the remote batteries worked we had to go get more so we could watch TV.

My family and I loved our stay at Lineman’s Landing. We enjoyed the sunset from front porch and sunrise from back deck. Just just a short walk to the beach down the street. Clean and at the end of a dead end street right on the bay!

My stay was very comfortable I only have two complaints. #1 I was told it was a short distance from the ocean beach. However it was approximately a quarter mile to a half a mile walk to the beach. #2 the steps leading up to the house was 16 steps and if you're a elderly person or have a disability as I did it's kind of difficult. It was only a 35 minute drive from the Sportsplex which was where I spent most of my time. The house was clean. However the ice makers in the refrigerators did not work even though I turned them on left them on for two days they never made ice so I turned them off and bought a bag of ice. It was nice having a washer and a dryer on hand to where I did not have to go to a laundromat. The neighborhood was very quiet.

The location is great! If you are looking for quiet away from the Gulf Shores crowds, this is the place. Yet quick and easy walk to the beach or a local restaurant (Tacky Jacks). The house was stocked with everything. Two things that I recommend to the owners and management. 1. New mattresses. The ones currently in use, you can feel the springs and are not comfortable at all. 2. Management/cleaning needs to take more time in cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms. I had to buy some cleaning supplies to clean them as they had a strong smell of urine.

Is the construction happening next door? We were there over Christmas 2021 and picked this location because we wanted peace and quiet. Instead we got dump trucks, bulldozers, backup beepers, and yelling men from 7AM-5 daily except Christmas. The property isn’t close to much of anything, so make sure you have all the groceries you need before you leave town. There’s a Dollar General 8 miles away or the marina store .3 miles away. But not much else, but we liked that. The property itself met or exceeded our expectations, but it wasn’t very restful.

We were very pleased with the location - last home on the street right on the water. The views were great from front porch, back porch, dining area and kitchen. We watched sunrises, sunsets, boats and dolphins. We fished from the back yard and cooked up a huge spread of seafood (bought not caught - lol). The Fresh Seafood Market up the road is AMAZING! Dont waste your hard earned money on this place. There are much better places in the same price range without problems. The only reason we stayed here back in May was because our regular property rental was damaged by Hurricane Sally and was still undergoing repairs. Pros: only 2 that I can think of: the furniture in the living area is nice and the view is awesome. Cons: toooo many to mention them all. And several of them have been mentioned in previous reviews; such as the master bath door does not close, and the other shower does not drain properly. The beds are uncomfortable. The flooring is messed up. I am not really sure the subfloor is stable. The whole house shakes when you walk. There is no ice maker in either freezer. And yes there is a broken window in the front side of the house. We have been coming down to this area every year for over 30 years and have rented from many places. We have never had any unpleasant experiences. In fact, we have never had complaints about any properties we have rented. I just dont want anyone else to feel cheated out of their hard earned vacation money. That is the only reason I am putting this up. It is disappointing to see several people mention them same problems and the problems are not being fixed. I dont want to spend my vacation complaining about stuff. Have a happy vacation elsewhere. And here comes the property manager with the standard response.....that I did not let them know and that they dont see any of those problems.....

Day 1, within an hour of arrival we noticed the Refrigerators not working correctly. After about an hour later the large one dumped a bunch of water on the floor in the kitchen, we immediately called the number given for issues, we reached evidently an answering service, which said someone would call us back soon. This was on Saturday evening. Come Monday am no one called and a guy showed up to look at the Refrigerators, by they started working correctly. This guys only comment about refrigerators sounded like the commercial that he slept at a Super 8 the night before, he literally stated he wasn't a refrigerator repair man however he was told the freezer has to get cold before refrigerator will get cold, seriously that is sending someone who can correct the problem? That this was the last straw on contacting the number for ANY issues. On Sunday afternoon the HVAC was dumping water on the floor in the Air Handler Closet and through the floor, draining down below the house, I assume the condensate drain was clogged so he proceeded to pour bleach down the drain which circulated the bleach fumes through the entire house, which about made for a medical emergency to one of the occupants that has Asthma, luckily his Albuterol inhaler was within reach and it was activated soon enough. Front window of house is broken, master bath door won't close, shower in-between 2 bedrooms wont drain and will run over after taking a short shower. Door in bedroom across Master Bedroom back door going on to deck doesn't latch with normal knob set, if the front door is shut and this door's deadbolt isn't latched the door comes open on its own. The brick mold on this door is about to fall off and hits hand when using door. Ceiling in this bed room seam is falling. Front and back, exterior lights out. Grass wasn't cut until mid of our stay. Floor in kitchen is stained were refrigerator is located.
