Mount 7 Nordic Sanctuary: Main floor, Sauna, Hot Tub, Mountain Views

Welcome home! This brand new mountain home has over 2600 sq/ft of stylish living space. Each room boasts fantastic mountain views. The Mt 7 trail network is a stone's throw from the front door - so no need to drive once you arrive. Also within a 2 min walk are the disc golf course and baseball diamonds. This new community in Golden is called called Bearspaw Heights. It is perched above Golden at the base of the storied Mount Seven, yet close enough to walk to every amenity within 15 minutes.

The space
**If you are looking for a place to be loud and party this is NOT the place. The home is split into two dwellings. A three bedroom two-story home and a one bedroom basement suite. The owners live on site in the basement and reserve the garage at all times for their personal belongings. Although you may be on vacation we are not and we want to ensure our guests respect our home, the hosts and our neighbors who all work while you are here.

**Backyard is shared with the home owners and their friendly Portuguese water dog. Also to note, our dog is hypoallergenic however we cannot guarantee an allergy free home.

The home has smart locks. You will be given a code 1 day before check in.
Other things to note
The use of the Sauna and Hot tub requires guests to watch a short 5 min video and sign a contract / waiver.
*note: cold tub in the sauna area is unavailable in the winter due to freezing temperatures*
