Unwind from a day of hiking, biking or skiing in this cozy cabin, located just 6 minutes from the town of Golden.

Bedroom steps out onto a massive deck to soak in the mountain views.

Cook tasty meals in the fully equipped kitchen or fire up the BBQ!

The cabin sleeps 4 and has a queen bed upstairs and pull out couch downstairs.

- Potential for noise due to proximity to train track and road

- Steep stairs to access the bedroom

Dogs: 🐕
We love dogs here! Please just make sure they stay off the furniture and linens. We ask that you please pick up after their bathroom breaks and place the bags in the dumpster outside.
Toilet:
Being a rural property we use a septic system therefore, Please only flush toilet paper. (no diapers, paper towels, wet wipes etc..)
Parking:
Please park near the tiny houses and leave the large turnaround area clear
Cooking:
Don’t use metal on the nonstick cooking pots instead use the silicone utensils provided so that the pots/pans stay in good shape!
Ski, bikes and gear:
There is a gear room for skis and bikes. Please leave your gear in there and not in the house to avoid any damages to home.
Noise:
Please Be respectful of the person in the other homes, and keep outdoor music to a minimal after 10pm.
HOT TUB:
Please shower before using the hot tub. Absolutely no glass in the hot tub. broken glass will result in a 300$ refill fee.
Garbage:
Don't leave garbage outside. any garbage can go to the dumpster located on the property next to the garage.
BBQ: please burn off any excess food to ensure no animals are attracted
