„Overall the Courtyard by Marriott Greenville Haywood Mall was nice. However, the air and heat kept fluctuating throughout the night. I kept adjusting and readjusting the thermostat. Additionally, the iron that was in the room didn’t work. I called for another one a gentleman did bring me one but it didn’t work either. The room was nice a spacious and I like the balcony but there were not any chairs available in my room. My friend’s balcony did have chairs. That was puzzling to me. On the other ...

„The hotel is brand new. It even smells new like I read in one of the other reviews. Check in went smoothly. The staff was very friendly and professional which was a pleasant surprise because you don't always find that at lower end hotels. Obviously with everything being brand new the room was clean, the mattress and pillows were comfortable, the appliances, TV and such worked just fine.
