★THEATER ROOM★
At the top of the stairs you will find yourself in the theater room. There are 2 comfortable leather couches plenty of floor space and delicious popcorn concessions to enjoy during your movie. PS4 and Xbox 360 will also be found in the theater room with various games provided.
★UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS★
Master suite welcomes you with a king size bed, a cozy coffee corner that provides you with a beautiful view of the sunrise and blackout curtains for those days you want to sleep in. The master suite bathroom has a large bathtub, a walk-in shower and 2 vanities to prepare you for your day. There are 2 walk-in closets with hangers and plenty of room to store your luggage.
The other two rooms upstairs are tucked away around the corner. The first room has a queens size bed. The second room is equipped with one full bed and one twin. Both rooms have a spacious closet and blackout curtains. The bathroom is around the corner with a vanity room and bath/shower combo.

★IN DOOR LAUNDRY ROOM★
The Front loading Samsung washer and dryer is located on the second level. Laundry detergent, softener and dryer sheets are provided. The iron and ironing board are located in this room.
★BACKYARD★
Unplug and BBQ with the provided propane BBQ pit in the spacious backyard, unwind in the comfortable outdoor furniture, elegant lighting, and a pergola. Cool down with the outdoor fans and misters on those warm summer nights. When the weather permits cuddle up to the fire pit and roast some marshmallows. All while listening to your favorite playlist on the outdoor speaker.
