You will have access to the private entrance exclusive residences building as well as access to amenities offered by the W-Hotel Fort Lauderdale. As well as access to the private pool area of the W-Residences that is reserved exclusively the condos.

The required daily resort fee of $62.15 includes:

Overnight Parking - $60.00 plus tax per vehicle

Please be advised that dish-ware, glassware, kitchenware and/or utensils have been provided in this home as a guest convenience. These items have been cleaned within this home using ordinary household dishwashing facilities & agents. They have not been sanitized according to Federal & State standards for public service establishments

Please do not put the following in toilets: paper towels, sanitary products, baby wipes & other cleaning wipes as they will clog the pipes, and you could be responsible for the cost to clear the sewer line
