Freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all guests.
Essentials included to start you up: paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and hand soap.
While there may be condiments or coffee available, we cannot guarantee specific items.

PET POLICY
Pets are considered; however, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor," as we say in our house.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
Please pick up after pets outside.
We allow one small to medium size dog (max 25 lbs.).
No vicious breeds are permitted.
No other pets are allowed without Manager approval.
A $75 pet fee applies.

EXTRAS
Extra Pack 'n Plays, high chairs, and air mattresses are available to rent for $40 per amenity.

HOUSE RULES
Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard
Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
Pet allowed with a non-refundable $200 pet fee
Extra Pack 'n Plays, high chairs, and air mattresses are available to rent for $40 per amenity.
There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax if available, and authorized.
Early check-in IF available is $75.00 + tax
6 guests maximum allowed at the property.
No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm.
No parties or events permitted.
​​​​​​​This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adults maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone.
Primary renters must be 25 years or older.
A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation.

SECURITY
There are cameras on the outside of the property—4 total Ring cameras.
Two cameras are doorbells located at the front door and outside the door to the loft.
Another camera overlooks the river, and the last one monitors the A/C unit.
Please note, Porter does not hold ownership nor have access to the cameras on-site.
Porter discloses all cameras on the property as they are reported to us by the homeowner.
