Tolles Hotel für Stadtbesichtigung

Das Omni Hotel ist ein tolles Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in San Francisco. Man kommt überall schnell hin. Tram, Bus und Cable car fahren in unmittelbarer Nähe. Läuft man gerne, dann ist Chinatown, North Beach und Union Square sehr gut zu erreichen. Personal ist sehr sehr nett, Zimmer sind groß und sauber.

I loved this hotel very much. It was gorgeous and comfortable. I would have given it 5 stars but we had one incident that was completely unacceptable and was never resolved. We had a man enter our room randomly without knocking. Turned out he was from the landscaping crew and wanted to get on the small patio outside our room. He never knocked and spoke only Spanish. I was beyond livid ! In no way or in no situation was this acceptable ! I was in the bathroom they faced the door and my husband was dressed but laying on the bed watching TV. It was 8 am in the morning ! We called to speak with a manager but was told they were in a meeting. Nobody ever called and nothing was done about it. Had I been alone … or worse, in the shower - I would have sued the hotel ! Remove that incident and I loved it. Gorgeous hotel. No restaurant or area to have a drink but we found a local area.

Good morning Michele, I hope you had a wonderful stay at the Omni Hotel. We do not have patios in any of our guest rooms. None of our guest rooms require landscaping personal to enter any guest rooms. Was this by any chance at another hotel?

Great hotel, superb service, convenient albeit super-expensive parking, BUT unfortunately the financial district is fairly sterile and unpopulated, except for transients, occasional tourists, and touristy restaurants and shops. It didn’t have much life to it, and walking from here seemed a bit sketchy, with the Bart barely better.
