This elegant apartment is carefully decorated to provide a peaceful and relaxing stay. It is available to receive up to 4 guests. The property is distributed as follows:
> Living Room: The living room has a wooden round dining table with capacity for 4 people and an area to relax with a sofa next to the terrace and a Smart TV.

> Kitchen: the kitchen is open to the living room. It has an oven, electric water heater, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nespresso capsule coffee machine and all the utensils you may need during your stay.

> Two bedrooms: the master has a double bed and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. Both have wardrobe so you can unpack your belongings.

> Bathroom: Decorated in camel tones, with toilet, sink and shower with glass screen.

> Balcony: spacious and with fantastic sea view.

Other amenities included during the stay are air conditioning hot / cold, WiFi, underground parking and optional breakfast service at an additional cost.
A security deposit of €500 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.

*We will be waiting for you to give you the keys between 2pm and 4 pm. After that time, there's a self check-in available.
Please notify your arrival time 24 hours in advance to ensure that your check-in goes as smooth as possible. In the case you arrive between 1 pm and 4 pm, if you arrive an hour later than the scheduled time, you will have a surcharge of €25.

* We do not accept groups of teenagers or minor guests without adult company. The minimum age to book is 25 years.
* Utilities are paid separately from the platform rate.
*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more, they will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels.

*Transfer to and from the airport available, check availability and costs.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
