Communication with the Hotel after the stay was almost impossible. Got charged more and it took a while until I got my money back. Also there is no room service if you stay only for 3 nights. In my view, too expensive for what you get.

Thank you for sharing about your stay. Please note that any authorizations or release of funds back to your card for a security deposit may be dependent of your card issuer. The hotel releases the funds the day of your departure and your card issuer is the party that processes it back to your account.

Could be a nice place, but has to improve
Veröffentlicht am 22.05.2023 auf HotelsLocation is great! Beer is great, if you like beer (but not for free: Amenity fee for coffee/tee etc.). And you have to get dressed to get your coffee in the morning at the lobby. Water-cooker in the room would be great... But the worst: A hotel, where WIFI does not work!? At the reception they first told me, that a technician could fix it, if we are in our room?! Do I stay in my room when visiting a city? At check-out, when I was complaining again, the receptionist mentioned, that they had problems with the WIFI for some days...

WESTLAKE駅から徒歩約5分で、多くの観光スポットが徒歩圏内です。また、朝はモーニングコーヒー、午後5時から午後6時はクラフトビール🍺サービスが有り、私は毎日利用していました。市内にしては値段も手頃で、寝るだけと割り切れる方にはお勧めです。
部屋はスーツケースが広げられるスペースとデスク、冷蔵庫はありますが、以下は留意点です。
①設備は少し古くエアコンもかなりうるさいです。②湯沸かし器は付いていません。③部屋タイプによると思いますがシャワーが狭くお湯も熱くなりませんでした。ずっと温めで冬場は厳しいと感じました。

Only one robe for two people in spite of several requests, no restaurant or bar which the pictures show on Expedia
No cleaning unless specified, great lobby staff

Old and outdated. Strange shower in a closet and toilet in a closet. For the price I was expecting a clean modern hotel.

This property was clean! The staff was extremely kind. We enjoyed our stay, the only thing that was not the best was the Internet.
