Communication with the Hotel after the stay was almost impossible. Got charged more and it took a while until I got my money back. Also there is no room service if you stay only for 3 nights. In my view, too expensive for what you get.

Thank you for sharing about your stay. Please note that any authorizations or release of funds back to your card for a security deposit may be dependent of your card issuer. The hotel releases the funds the day of your departure and your card issuer is the party that processes it back to your account.

Could be a nice place, but has to improve
Veröffentlicht am 22.05.2023 auf HotelsLocation is great! Beer is great, if you like beer (but not for free: Amenity fee for coffee/tee etc.). And you have to get dressed to get your coffee in the morning at the lobby. Water-cooker in the room would be great... But the worst: A hotel, where WIFI does not work!? At the reception they first told me, that a technician could fix it, if we are in our room?! Do I stay in my room when visiting a city? At check-out, when I was complaining again, the receptionist mentioned, that they had problems with the WIFI for some days...

When we checked in, our front desk woman was beyond friendly and helpful. The am checking out was a different storry. There was 2 young ladies who were most interested in sharing stories and gossiping then helping those checking out. No smiles, acted like we were an inconvenience. Sometimes 2 is not better than one. Neither girls did a good job.

It's a nice, clean, convenient mid range hotel. If the prices go much higher they'll need to renovate, add some services like in room coffee but for now it's a good property.

It was chill and near everything we wanted. We were there for a show at the Moore theatre! We stayed in the parking lot across the street and that was $45 overnigh5, which felt steep. But close !
