Take the boardwalk directly to the beach, or enjoy community amenities like a year-round pool which also features a pavilion with a shower, bathroom, and wet bar. Or head to Mustang Island State Park, located just 2.5 miles down the coast. Port Aransas is 11.2 miles away for additional activities, including shops and restaurants.

Relaxation comes easy in the welcoming great room with gorgeous Gulf views. Curl up here and watch your favorite shows on the 65” TV or in the family room complete with an additional TV and comfortable furnishings. The chef’s kitchen is appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including double ovens and a Thermador range. Enjoy meals at the bar seating, while a larger table provides room for bigger feasts along with a Gulf view. Sleep soundly in the primary suite, featuring a king-size bed and 51” TV, or in one of the other cozy and admirable bedrooms. Guest amenities include complimentary WiFi and cable. The laundry room contains a wine fridge in addition to a washer/dryer, allowing you to refresh for the next day's adventures.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
