Semi-detached, luxurious and very comfortable holiday home with wellness in Colijnsplaat for eight people

The following costs are NOT included in the rental price and must be paid by bank before arrival to the owner of the holiday home:
1. Final cleaning 310 euros.
2. Mandatory rental of bedlinen 20,50 euros per person. Please bring your own bed linen for the baby bed.
3. Tourist tax 2,75 euros p.p.p.n.
4. Deposit 300 euros (The deposit will be refunded to your account by the owner as soon as possible but certainly within two weeks after your stay).
5. Bring your dog? always on request. Surcharge 1 x 25 euros and 11,75 euros per night.
6. You can rent the following items or bring your own.
Hand linen set of 2 pieces 10,75 p.p.
Kitchen linen 6825 euros each.
Baby bed 13 euros each.
High chair 7,65 euros each.
Baby pakkage (chair and bed) 17,65 euros.
You will receive an invoice from us on which these costs are specified.

Holiday home Bonheur is an attractive house in a quiet location in a beautiful area near a bay with a sandy beach on the Oosterschelde. This holiday home offers you all the luxury and comfort. It has a sauna, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. A place where you can enjoy, eat, play, relax and unwind with your family and relatives.

 The beach is close by. You can walk up the dike and be on the water in five minutes. The cozy center of Colijnsplaat is less than a ten-minute walk away, here are several good restaurants, a bakery and a supermarket. Larger places such as Goes, Middelburg and Zierikzee can be reached quickly by car. If you like sailing, you can do so from the marina of Colijnsplaat, if you would like to play golf, you can do so in Goes and Bruinisse and if you want to rest, you can stay in the garden of your holiday home. The North Sea beach can be reached in about 15 minutes by car
 
You enter holiday home Bonheur through the hall which gives access to the cozy living room with sitting area around the gas or electric fireplace,  dining area and the open kitchen, which is equipped with all modern conveniences. Adjacent to the kitchen is the wellness area with sauna and shower. From this room you have access to the garden with terrace. Here you can smell the salty sea air of the Oosterschelde. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor there are three more bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom.

The Bonheur holiday home is very suitable to live in as a family home with several families; grandfather, grandmother, children and grandchildren. 
The house can be booked with 8 adults and 2 babies (and on request with 2 more children in the children's villa)
