„It was the best hotel we stayed in during our 4 weeks Ecuador trip even though it wasn’t the most expensive place we stayed in. People were friendly and spoke English. We could even walk there from the bus station. The breakfast was exceptional and the spa and fitness are had so much atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again!!“

„Not the best experience. We booked the private room with a king bed for one night and the place was not very clean - dust everywhere, random roaches, and a musty smell. The toilet seat also did not stay up so you have to hang on to it just to use it. The shower head was also not working so water only came from the bottom of the basin. Also, despite what the booking says, there was no breakfast included. The staff was also nowhere to be found most of the time. Overall just not my cup of tea or ...
