The quiet residence is secured by electric gates and fencing, with direct access to the beach, a shared heated pool and nearby shops.

In Costa Verde, on the eastern coast between sea and mountains, 30 minutes from the airport, 45 minutes from the port of Bastia and 2km from the seaside resort of Moriani.

The region's wild beaches and charming villages, such as Cervione, will win you over.
There are many hiking trails to be explored on foot, by bike or on horseback, or you can explore part of the region on a quad bike.
Ideal starting point for visiting Corsica from north to south.

Nearby (10min walk) various shops, bar, tobacconist, supermarket, local produce, pharmacy... and at the port of Taverne (5mn by car), nautical base.

Everything is included in the price: bed and bathroom linen, bath mats, towels and dish towels, household products, bathroom kit to get you started, welcome pack and end-of-stay cleaning (accommodation must be returned with kitchen area & dishes washed and tidied, fridge emptied, household waste disposed of).
The villa can accommodate up to 4 people and is fully air-conditioned.

Deposit of 600€ to be given to the person who will welcome you, it will be returned to you at your departure.
