Access to the accommodation via a covered carport. The cottage includes on the ground floor: a large living room with open kitchen, lounge area and dining area with a pellet stove, a bedroom with 1 bed 160, a bathroom and separate toilets. The kitchen area opens onto a courtyard, the lounge area gives access to a terrace and a garden enclosed by a bay window. Possibility of an additional person with upstairs a mezzanine with 1 bed 140 for 1 person. Outside: a covered shelter for a car, a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, a courtyard and enclosed grounds. Electricity heating supplement in season on meter reading, beyond 8 kWh per day, 0.15/kWh, and bag of pellets at €8 per unit if using the pellet stove.
