It offers 2 spacious bedrooms with a king-size bed and two twin beds, a sofa bed as well as a large terrace with dining and a lounging area - ideal for sunset views.

The community offers access to 3 pools, including a children’s pool with sun loungers and shaded areas.

Inside, the apartment includes fast Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, perfect air conditioning/heating, ultra comfort beds and luxury linen and towels. A very well-equipped kitchen is available for your use. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. In the living room, there is a full-sized and comfortable sofa bed for up to 2 guests.

One free and private communal underground parking space included. Plenty of outdoor parking for guests too.

The clubhouse is just a 7-minute walk away with a playground, gym/classes, sauna, Turkish baths, and thermal beds as well as a cafe and a fabulous restaurant with excellent food.

The beach is a 1-mile or a 25 minute walk to the well-loved beach restaurant, La Sal Chiringuito. The walk to the beach is via an elevated green pathway with exotic plants as well as amenities such as a playground, basketball & football courts, bike park, dog park and plenty of picnic tables!

Supermarkets are nearby, 4 minute drive.
The main area for restaurants is Duquesa Port, 6 minute drive, and Estepona, 9 minute drive.

A car is recommended, though, local taxis and Ubers are readily available too. The local taxi rank is located 1 mile away.
