Pull back up to your vacation home and you'll find a huge enclosed yard with a privacy fence for serene seclusion, perfect for kids, and a spacious interior to welcome you. Though the cozy living area beckons you to unwind, the screened lanai makes a compelling case as well. Lounge comfortably on the beautiful furniture and watch something on the large outdoor TV or go for a refreshing dip in your private saltwater pool. Solar heat is available with the simple flip of a switch, meaning it can be as cool or warm as you like. Nature enthusiasts will love the fact the gorgeous landscaping was designed to attract butterflies and they are indeed frequent visitors. Afterward, join the group chef in the well-equipped kitchen to prepare a feast everyone can enjoy at the dining table. A second living space includes a large TV and a sound system to fully immerse yourself in your favorite shows and movies. The tranquil primary bedroom features plush bedding, an en suite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, and it has direct access to the screened lanai for easy access to the fresh air outside.

Central air-conditioning, a gas grill, and a washer/dryer ensure you have all the conveniences of home.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
