Located in the exclusive holiday village Regency Beach Club Dunsborough, this holiday home is a luxurious 3 level custom built home with beautiful views of Geographe Bay. The top floor consists of a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area that opens out onto a large decked area with BBQ and outdoor table setting that has views to the ocean. There is a separate powder room on this level.
The first floor contains 3 large bedrooms all with their own private ensuites. Bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed while the other 2 bedrooms have queen beds and open out onto their own sundeck. The master bedroom and upstairs area are air-conditioned.
On the ground floor you will find the 4th bedroom with a large king-sized bed. It also has its own TV & DVD player along with a bathroom and laundry. The games room is on the ground floor which has a pool table and table tennis table. Stepping outside, there is an outdoor shower for washing off when you return from your beach walk or swim.
Staying at this holiday home you will have full access to all facilities of the Regency Beach Club. The swimming pool, communal hall and tennis court at the Regency Beach Club are available for your use during your stay.
Important notes for Regency Dunsborough
- Adults only over 25 years of age are accepted to stay at this house
- This house does not accept children or adults under 25 years old.
- There is strictly only parking for 2 cars at the unit. All other car parks are designated for neighbouring units. There is no trailer or boat parking on site.
- Due to the close proximity of other neighbours and residents, loud music and large gatherings are strictly forbidden at all times.
Please note: This property includes all linen and towels. The cleaning and linen cost is included in the nightly rate. Pool towels are not provided.
This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area, and the neighbouring properties are in close proximity to the outdoor area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings are not permitted.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

Located just minutes walk from the Dunsborough town centre, one of the South West’s most beautiful precincts, Regency Beach Club resides. Originally a caravan park, the original design philosophy was, and is founded on developing a sense of space, a feeling of community. The Club could easily be described as its own village. Set in large gardens with sealed avenues, spacious carports and boat parking, a series of thirty six modern, villas and/or houses are positioned in this single complex.
