The fully enclosed garden provides a safe space for kids to play, allowing you to unwind in peace, plus a separate kids' lounge provides a cosy space to read or play games.

The thoughtfully styled bedrooms offer a restful retreat, each featuring a comfortable queen bed, quality linens, and elegant décor. The first bedroom includes an ensuite and air conditioning for added comfort. The modern bathrooms are bright and spacious, equipped with fresh towels and contemporary fittings.

Additional conveniences include a high chair, full laundry with a washer and dryer and driveway parking for one car, ensuring a seamless and stress-free stay.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
