Brisbane Beauty

Great VRBO. Location was good, we were able to walk to most places. Apartment was outfitted well allowing us to cook a few meals in with ease. Not to far of a walk to grocery store and liquor store. Also found a great coffee shop within walking distance. Owner communication was good. Had a little trouble with the wi-fi the router appeared to have been disconnected, talked with management and it never was resolved during our stay. Also there is construction right next door of a new building, fortunately the hours they worked we were out and about exploring. The views from the roof top deck were spectacular. Over all a great stay.

Great property, poorly maintained, inaccurately represented

This could be an amazing property. However, it was in disrepair, the large rooftop patio (prominent feature and key attraction) was filthy and in disarray, a portion of the patio was flooded because a hose was left running, the patio furniture either had sections missing, were in disrepair, or filthy. The place looked like a party house. Multiple attempts to communicate with management went unheeded. On top of everything else, a major construction project, that was not disclosed, was going on just outside our bedroom window where activity began at 6:00 am. We had to leave for the day early because of the intolerable noise. We had high expectations for this property and were really looking forward to staying there. We traveled extensively for 5 weeks and stayed in a number of places where we were totally satisfied. This was our splurge at the end of our trip, and it was deeply disappointing. I wish there was a way to attach photos, because I have plenty and would. Although a very cool property if properly managed and maintained, the management should be fired. We're insulted that we had to pay a cleaning fee. What a joke! At the very least, we would like our cleaning fee returned because we left the property in better shape than when we arrived.

Great Holiday

Beautiful location.SadlyRoof top area was very dirty ( built up on ground needed to keep shoes on)Outdoor bbq area ( benches covered in grim, rubbish in cap boards )Opened up the house to a filthy drain smell.Laundry bathroom mould on roof and shower.Onsuite bathroom shower curtain mould at the bottom. Toilet inside rim was filthy. Cupboards in kitchen need a wipe out.Designated parking had no number 9 located for us. After paying almost 1500 a cleaner property would be expected.

Ideal Location

The location in South Brisbane was awesome. The unit had 2 walls off glass and provided breath taking views of the city. Combined with easy access to the City, West End, and Univ of Queensland. I will definitely stay here again.
