No matter where you're exploring, rest assured that mountain views will be filling your vision, daily. On days that you don't want to go far from your stay, head for the condo's shared pool or hot tub. A fitness center is also available for your use. Within 20 miles of your front door, visit Carter Park and Pavilion, the Breckenridge Golf Club, Quandary Peak Trailhead, Dillon Amphitheater, and the Arapahoe Basin Ski Area.

Back from a day of adventure, warm up in front of the heat of the wood-burning stove. As the chef of your family utilizes the kitchen's stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space, you can cozy up on the living room's soft seating as you tune into your favorite TV show or movie.

You will quickly find that the condo's bedrooms and loft are equally comfortable and private washer/dryer access ensures your adventure wear is always clean!

Things to Know
This unit is located on the upper third (3rd) floor - 40 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
The pool is open seasonally from 12:00pm-8:00pm 7 days a week. It will be closed from September 22 – November 21, 2024. A separate pool card is required for entry and can be obtained from the front desk.
This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
