THE APARTMENT

In the center of the Bibi-beaurivage district you will find a bright apartment with a large living room, clear and well arranged, serving an open kitchen, perfectly arranged and equipped.
The night space is separated by a glass roof, leaving you an omniscient view on the rest of the apartment.
We find the bathroom with a large Italian shower, ideal when you return from the surf or a long summer walk, to relax first.

A bank imprint of 450€ will be requested as part of the rental. This is in the form of a payment link and is managed by the secure online service Swikly. It is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation.
The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limits. You will only have to pay a service charge of €5.70.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The elegant city centre is centred around the imposing Place Georges Clemenceau. Hindu statues are on display at the Asiatica Art Museum, while the Biarritz History Museum traces the Napoleonic era. The popular Halles food market offers truffles and artisanal breads. The tree-lined boulevards are lined with Basque tapas bars with terraces, brasseries serving mussels and wine bars, alongside delicatessens and art galleries.

One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to arrange your check-in time.
Arrivals are normally between 4pm and 8pm, although later arrivals are possible on request and at an additional cost.
For arrival between 8pm and 10pm: 35 euros.
For arrivals between 10pm and midnight: 65 euros.
For arrivals after midnight: 100 euros.
