"The one and only really good thing about this Mercure is the staff, they were really friendly and helpful, even in the morning at 4.30 am for a quick check out. Apart, the interior is very dated, the pool was not working, roomfloors are smelly, rooms need an urgent update, the bedding was not really comfy, the curtains let light in (seem low quality). The hotel management should ask Accor for renovation budget. Also, as an „Airport“ hotel I would expect a Navette/Shuttle to Blagnac…"
