Do NOT under any circumstances rent this property out to other customers and do NOT do business with the Houst Rental property!
We repeatedly messaged them for assistance to no avail. Broken toilet seat, no bath math on slippery marble bathroom floor, and broken hairdryer.
Most importantly there was a sharp metal rod sticking out of the A/C which cut of the guest's head open, resulting in a visit to the Barcelona Emergency room with 2 stitches and a tetanus shot resulting in over 500 Euros medical fees not to mention pain, stress and waste of precious and limited time while travelling on things that should have never happened if this accommodation provided standard of safety reasonably expected. We never received any compensation taxi to and from the hospital and the hospital bill and all they did was come wrap the metal rod with tap, remove the broken toilet so that we had to sit on the porcelain and by day 3 of 6 they finally brought a bath mat. AND they provided 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 guests for 5 nights stay. We would have had better basic stay a hostel in a 3rd world country. Poor accommodations from a crook of a rental agency that we paid over 1,000 Euros for.
