The Space:
Perfect space for a couple or 2 friends looking for great access to the mountains. Everything you need can be found in this unit - laundry, full kitchen, clean bathroom & comfy living room with smart TV. This treasure offers tons of natural light & views through large windows all around. Super cute, safe & convenient neighborhood of Eagle Vail. This a functional, cozy garden apartment with everything you'll need to enjoy the mountains. You'll have access to the washer/dryer pictured in the kitchen, a smart TV with streaming options, a comfy bed, full bathroom & kitchen to cook in. The unit has a private, sliding glass door entrance.

Please Note: This apartment is for 2 people only, anyone who violates this, will have to pay a fine. The couch is not to be used as a bed.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire 1 bedroom listing. Including use of the kitchen, bathroom & washer/dryer. During summer, neighborhood amenities are very close, including pool, tennis, pickleball, golf course & driving range.
Note: there is a pool fee for guests if you plan to use it ($14 for adults and $8 for children)
Parking: Please note there is only one parking spot assigned to this listing (the other parking spot in the driveway is assigned to the adjoining unit). If you are bringing more than one car, you must park the second one elsewhere.

The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet, friendly neighborhood on the golf course and just off of I70. You're less than a 10 minute drive to both the Beaver Creek & Vail ski areas.

Getting Around:
Most of our guests bring cars on their mountain journeys, but there are also bus and shuttle options in the area. Check Avon public transit sites for details.

Other Things to Note:
This property does not have air conditioning.
No Smoking of any kind inside of the unit
Cats are not allowed
No parties or bookings of more than 2 adults
Dogs are allowed from June through October.
There is an additional pet fee if you are bringing a pet, $50, only one pet will be allowed. (1 dog under 50 pounds.)
Dogs are not allowed November through May
There is a ring camera outside the front door.
