This 2 bedroom 2 bath Hestia home is fully stocked with everything you need, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedding and thoughtful amenities. Our company hosts plenty of guests who have been displaced from their homes due to insurance remediation. Please note that this is an A/B unit meaning two properties exist on one lot and there are no shared spaces. This unit is on the back half of the property and is a common characteristic of this neighborhood.

★Primary Bedroom: Enjoy a restful night's sleep on a luxurious Queen bed in the spacious master suite with walk-in shower
★Second Bedroom: The second bedroom features two twin beds, ideal for family or friends.
★Living Room: The living room features a comfortable, high-quality Koala Byron pull-out sofa bed, offering a restful night’s sleep. This premium sofa bed provides additional sleeping space without compromising comfort, making it perfect for extra guests. Sleeps 2, but best for 1 person.
★Amenities: Fully stocked kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for 2 cars. There’s also an extra extendable dining table located under the living room TV, providing additional space for meals or gatherings when needed.

You’ll be close to South Congress (SoCo), lively local eateries, and plenty of green spaces. It’s a perfect mix of quiet comfort and Austin’s vibrant culture, whether you’re into exploring local shops, catching live music, or enjoying nearby parks.

We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their refills.

Verification Portal:
To keep everything secure and smooth, we might ask for a government-issued ID, a confirmation of your contact details, a matching credit card, and possibly a quick background check.
Don’t worry—your information is only used for verification and isn’t stored.
By booking, you agree to our rental terms, provide the necessary documents before check-in, and understand that check-in details will be sent after we complete the verification.
We'll also place a temporary hold on your credit card as a security deposit. This hold is just a pre-authorization and will be released automatically within 2 days after check-out, as long as everything goes smoothly.

Pest Control:
We also perform regular pest control to keep the space comfortable, but since we’re close to nature, you might occasionally encounter a critter or two.

Pet Fee/s:
We’re happy to welcome pets! The pet fee is $100 for one pet for the entire stay. If you’re bringing a second pet, please let us know in advance—an additional fee of $50 applies for short-term stays or $100 for long-term stays. Unauthorized pets will incur a $300 charge per pet. Thanks for understanding!
