This HESTIA home offers our standard of comfortable beds, hotel quality linens, ultra high speed internet, private one-car driveway parking, and dedicated desk space in the most coveted Austin neighborhood, Travis Heights.

This 1939 bungalow has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Our cozy home features high ceilings throughout, plenty of windows for natural light and a spacious fenced in backyard for your dog and kids. Stretch out and relax in our backyard with patio porch. We have a comfortable set of Adirondack chairs for your use!

- Primary bedroom has a luxury KING sized bed w/dresser and closet.
- Secondary room has a QUEEN sized bed w/dresser and closet.
- Third Bedroom/Office space has a TWIN bed, armoire, office desk, and chair.

Bathrooms
- 1 Full bath with shower, fluffy hotel quality towels, microfiber towels for make up.

Parking
- Private parking for one car in the driveway. Additional free parking on the street.

Large Yard
- Generously sized yard is perfect for pets! We provide poop bags to help keep the yard clean.

Consumables:

Pets:
Well behaved cats and dogs with a non-refundable deposit ($250 per pet per stay for 30 day stays) Note PET FEE. Shorter stays are $55 per pet per stay. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog in the backyard. Bags are provided.

Communication During Your Stay:
For lightening fast response, always communicate with us through the platform. In the event of an actual emergency, seek immediate help, dial the authorities, and then contact us.

All guests will fill out a renter's agreement and upload ID to confirm the reservation. While we love dogs, we have BREED RESTRICTIONS: No whole or in part mixed breeds of any of the following: ROTTWEILER, PIT BULL, STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER, DOBERMAN PINSCHER, AKITA, ALASKAN MALAMUTE, SIBERIAN HUSKY, WOLF BREEDS, CHOW CHOW, GREAT DANE, PRESA CANARIOS, MASTIFF.
