The home has a large bedroom with a queen size bed and in the living room is a queen size sofa bed.

You will have access to the queen bedroom and full bath as well as the remaining home. You won’t have access to other bedroom which is secured with a smart lock access

This leaves the house in a condition not suitable for the next guest. You can smoke outside on the patio and please discard in trash and not all over the property -
Locals must contact the host before booking - Your white glove service includes linens, bath towels, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods and basic toiletries. Additional supplies can be purchased by guests for an additional charge - Check-in at4pm / Check-out at 11am Check out time is STRICTLY 11 AM. - Any late check out is subjected to a late check out fee of $100 USD. - If your late checkout exceeds two hours we will charge your for an additional day. This does not award you possession of the property for an additional day, it is a penalty assessed for holding up our next guest and preventing our housekeeping team from doing their jobs.
