Spacious appartment with a mould problem
The flat is large and in a good location. Equipment in order - there are basic things available. The water flow under the shower is bad - at certain times it was difficult to shower as the water was hardly running. The mattresses in the beds are comfortable. The entire property is well maintained.
The flat is unfortunately in need of renovation as mould has developed on the wall in the bedroom. The flat had the smell of an old flat and there were a lot of air fresheners around to mask the strange smell. It was only after a few days that we were able to identify the source of the smell and found that there were 2 large patches of mould on the bedroom wall. I informed the agency of this but we were ignored on the pretext of being informed of the problem too late. I was hoping for at least some redress in the form of a refund of part of the rental amount but we were ignored. Apparently the landlord managed to remove the mould in a few hours after we left, so it was considered that there was no problem and it is kind of our fault that we did not inform the agency about the mould on the first day. As mentiomed above - it took few days to discover the issue so it is just a ridiculous allegation. Very dissapointing and dishonest behaviour.
