The famous Strip de Albufeira is just a 10-minute walk away, and the villa is within walking distance of two of the most popular and beautiful beaches: Praia da Oura and Praia de Santa Eulália, both just 10 minutes away. Additionally, there is an Intermarché store 400 meters away and an Aldi hypermarket 950 meters away.

Villa OceanKokia is a charming 6-bedroom villa in the typical Portuguese style, located in Santa Eulalia del Rio. The villa boasts a beautiful garden and a barbecue area. On the ground floor, you'll find 4 cozy bedrooms: 3 with double beds and 1 with 3 single beds. Most bedrooms feature their own separate toilet. For entertainment, there's a games room equipped with ping pong, table football, and a TV. The villa also offers a fully equipped kitchen with amenities such as a refrigerator, toaster, mixer, coffee machine, kettle, and all necessary cooking utensils. The kitchen conveniently opens onto a terrace overlooking the garden. The spacious living room is furnished with comfortable sofas, a large flat-screen TV, and a DVD player, and it seamlessly connects to the cozy dining area. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms with double beds, one of which has access to a large terrace. A separate laundry room is available, equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Additionally, the villa provides amenities for families such as a baby cot and a high chair.

Faro International Airport is 30 km away, and the main A-22 motorway is a 10-minute drive away!

Please note that pool heating is an optional service with an additional charge and must be requested in advance. If you would like the pool to be heated during your stay, please inform me at least 3 days prior to your arrival.
Smoking is not allowed in the villa, but you can smoke outdoors.
It is forbidden to make noise from 23.00.
Please dispose of any trash and load dirty dishes into the dishwasher before your departure.

Due to the local climate, various insects and bugs may occasionally enter the villa. We conduct regular cleaning, but we cannot guarantee a 100% insect-free environment. Most insects enter from outside, and sometimes through the plumbing. Please try to keep the terrace doors closed whenever possible and dispose of trash promptly. This will help reduce the likelihood of insects entering the house.
