„This is like a Las Vegas resort if Las Vegas had a beach. It is all inclusive. Lots of amenities, beautiful beach with smooth fine white sand. Great views from every room. It’s tailored to families so there are lots of play areas on land and water. It’s also big enough to find private space. “

„We really enjoyed staying on the property, beautifully designed inside and outside. Our suite was spacious and bright. We enjoyed walking around the lake very much. Amazing service and wonderful staff , they do all they can to make you feel comfortable, i highly recommend staying there and definitely looking forward to my next stay there in the future.“

„We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. „Marketed as 5 star hotel. But the rooms, services, food is 2 star. The only good thing about this place is the location (by the beach). The rooms are old, the tv 32”, no room service, slow internet, the food horrible. “

Direkt nach der Buchung bekamen wir eine E Mail vom Hotel ob wir Wünsche oder Besonderheiten hätten. Da meine Frau Glutenfrei Essen muss gaben wir das an. Es kam keine E Mail zurück,also dachten wir es wäre angekommen . Im Hotel sprach ich bei Ankunft mit der Rezeption sowie mit der Küche. Aber nix passierte.
