„We had a very good experience at the Ft. Smith, AR, Home2 Suites. The check-in process was quick, the rooms were clean, the kitchen ammenities were better than anticipated, there was a very good selection of items for breakfast, and the pool was clean. The only downfall is something beyond this property's ability to control, and that was the loud motorcycles, cars, and trucks that drive back and forth late at night. Next time, we will ask for a room that doesn't face Phoenix.“

„Das Einchecken ging flott und die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber, auch wenn der Boden im Badezimmer nochmal mit sauberem Wasser nachgewischt hätte werden können. Das Kingsizebett war groß und sehr bequem. Das Frühstück hatte keine allzu große Auswahl, aber es genügt, dass sich jeder etwas findet.“

„I picked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and the highway. Too bad the complimentary shuttle service doesn't start until 7am, and breakfast at 6 - I had to muss both due to a 7am flight. Hotel itself was adequate, clean, and close to the mall, grocery store and a few chain restaurants.“

„I would rate a 5 but one elevator was down so it made getting to the 8th floor slow at times waiting on one elevator. Not to big of deal but no fridge in the room. Overall it’s a nice hotel. “
