„Good hotel in Urumqi. Not walking distance from Urumqi Train Station, but a short taxi ride distance approx. 3-4km. And short roughly 20 min taxi to airport. 2 out of 3 staff provided excellent customer service as follows. Arrived early on Saturday morning and the male staff checked the weather forecast and even used his mobile phone to check DiDi (China version of Uber) fare to the airport from the hotel for me. He told me that the hotel staff can book the DiDi or taxi for me tomorrow ie Sunday ...

„The property location is not good and very far from city with no access to market or shops nearby. The property doesn’t have a lift and we had to climb up three storeys for room access. The room was big however the sitting area mattress was in a poor condition. The staff is friendly and helpful. “
