„Unfortunately the hotel is quite run down. It seems like it has been a solid place but these times are long gone. It’s not possible to open the window, so the air can only be exchanged by air conditioner. When we checked in, we noticed that the toilet in our room was not cleaned and to our horror there were also finger/toenails lying on the floor…. They gave us a new room.. All in all it’s an okay hotel but not for the price and it doesn’t deserve 4 stars. “

"Die Lage ist sehr praktisch beim Bahnhof. Viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Hot Spring Bad ist sehr schön und gross. Die Atmosphöre im ganzen Hotel ist sehr angenehm und ruhig. Eine sehr schöne Erfahrung. Falls ich wieder nach Kyoto komme, würde ich wieder da übernachten. "
