„My first impression wasn't good at all...dirty floors, dirty countertops, tables, chairs and fixtures. Microwave oven was disgusting!! Didn't clean or use that! The master bedroom was dirty as well were the sheets and full of sand...automatic indicator of "previously slept-in" sheets. I swept and mopped the whole place! DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY and a distinct odor from neglect! After about 90 minutes of continual cleaning, only then was I satisfied about staying....FYI. Whomever is doing your cleaning ...

„Stayed at this cottage for a 3 night getaway. Since the cottage is only 2 years old, everything is new, clean, comfortable and very bright. Great location right on the water, which made it a great spot to watch the boats go by, and spectacular sunsets. Grocery store and Walmart are only 5 minutes away, as are other stores, and restaurants.“

„Very close to the beach with nice lawn space next to the river for summer activities (did not get the chance to use much but would enjoy that if we were there in the warmer months). Seems that going through VRBO may make communication less than ideal. Once on site Tal was very responsive.“

„It’s definitely rustic but cozy. We had everything we needed. Large fire pit with lots of chairs for a larger group. It was just my husband and myself at the property so it was quiet and relaxing. Clean and comfortable king size bed. Definitely would return. “

„It is very nice for family and friends. We enjoyed our stay! It would be much better if its summer. Our friends and family enjoyed it so much even the kids enjoyed here too. The people from the office are so nice and very accommodating. But if you have kids that are very loud, just be mindful as the walls in between are not that thick. Someone knocked on our wall when the kids were screaming. But all in all, it is a good and very nice place to stay for families!“

„We were a group of 14 extended family members who stayed here for 2 nights 3 days. Property was excellent, clean, and well stocked with everything you might need. We did have to use 2x of the provided air mattresses and pull-out sofa's to make enough beds for all of us - everyone was however very comfortable. The views from inside or on the deck are amazing, couldn't get enough of it! The rocky beach does make it a bit challenging to get in and out of the water especially for younger kids ...
