„The hotel itself is a sanctuary and the staff are all so friendly. We stayed in a jungle suite and enjoyed the space. We did have an issue with electricity the first evening (there was a power outage). If you come to Tulum in June, AC is a must, and Siwa provides AC in their rooms.
