The breakfast is only included if you ask for it ahead of time as well. We chose to cook because the apt was well stocked to grocery shop and make meals . Everything is exactly as the photos show. All appliances are in working order with a huge fridge for everything you need. Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials.
